Beautiful mountains of Colorado on horseback.
We offer a variety of rides for
everyone to enjoy - from beginner to more experienced.
The 1/2 hour or one hour ride is
great for the
beginner or someone who is just
looking for a shorter ride. The trail meanders through a meadow
landscape with rolling hills and scattered trees. You may
be lucky enough to see a badger, coyote or even a deer.
Prairie dogs are almost always out.
The two hour ride starts on a
trailhead in National Forest. The trail winds through the forest
and offers some great views. This ride is great for those that
are a little more
adventuresome.

Weaving
in and out of the trees and enjoying the breathtaking views pleases
everyone from beginner to advanced. On this ride some riders have been
lucky enough to see wild deer, elk, turkey, and on occasion a black
bear.

Those looking
for a great photographic trail ride
through the beautiful
San Juan Wilderness, along the Continental Divide, or the Weminuche
Wilderness may want to book a full day or even an overnight pack trip
with us. Each of these rides will need advanced reservations and are
based on availability.
Safe
& Experienced : All trail rides are guided by an experienced
wrangler. Reservations are recommended for all types of rides.
Our horsebacking riding season begins this year on May 18, 2013
and generally ends in the middle of September. Weather permitting
rides may be available into October. Call for more information

Riders must be 6 years of age to ride. Children will be on a
gentle horse
by themselves. No doubles or children in backpacks allowed.

$ 40.00 daily at 9:00am, 10:30am, 1:00pm, 2:30pm and 4:00pm
- 2 hour ........
$ 60.00 daily at 10:30am and 2:30pm
- Full
day ...... $175.00 by reservation (includes
lunch-minimum of 4 people and are subject to availability.)
- Pack
trip ..... $225.00 per day
